Belarmino Quiroz Solar (1882 – ?) was a Chilean lawyer and politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.

Biography
Quiroz was born in Yumbel in 1882, the son of José Quiroz and Eduvigis Solar. He studied humanities at the Seminario de Concepción and later attended the University of Chile, qualifying as a lawyer in 1910. His degree thesis dealt with the legal relationship between judges and provincial governors.
After qualifying, he settled in Rere, where he practiced law. He became active in the Conservative Party and was elected president of the party organization in his department.
Following the Conservative Party's 1909 national convention, which granted greater autonomy to departmental assemblies in selecting congressional candidates, the party organization in Rere chose Quiroz as its candidate for the Chamber of Deputies.
He was elected deputy for Rere and Puchacay for the 1912–1915 legislative period, his only term in Congress. After leaving office, he returned to his legal practice and continued his political activities.
