Attu kal

Attu Kal is a kind of grinding machine made of stone. In Tamil Attu[ஆட்டு] means grinding and Kal [கல்] means stone. It is used in parts of India. Rice (or bengal gram or others) can be ground to flour manually between the upper and lower parts of this circular grinding stone.
