Astronomical Society of Negara Brunei Darussalam
The Astronomical Society of Negara Brunei Darussalam (in malay as Persatuan Astronomi Negara Brunei Darussalam) or PABD was officially registered on 6th January 2003. It is a non profit organisation which is managed by an Executive Committee.

Objectives
Among its objectives of establishment are: 1. To promote and encourage astronomy especially Islamic astronomy for Brunei Darussalam. 2. To channel information on issues relating to astronomy. 3. To advise and give consultation relating to astronomy. 4. To organise astronomical related activities. 5. To facilitate and dissiminate knowledge and information in all aspects of astronomy.
Membership
Membership is in 4 categories - ordinary, student, corporate and honanry and is open to residents of Brunei Darussalam. News on its current activities are available through website 2
