Ashbury (band)

Ashbury is an Alternative rock band from Las Vegas, NV. The current members are vocalist Brian Lee, Bassist and back-up vocalist Jeremy Lee, guitarist Joey Resly, guitarist Lenny Lujan, and drummer Patrick Martens. They have released two studio albums and they are currently recording their newest Album in Millbrook, New York with Lou Giordano.

Independent Success

The band found success when they won both a local and the subsequent national "Have a Nice Gig" contest that Bon Jovi put on in 2006. After initially playing with Bon Jovi at MGM Grand Gardens in Las Vegas, Jon Bon Jovi personally invited Ashbury to join them on their tour at Giant's Stadium in New Jersey. A Las Vegas CBS radio station, Mix 94.1, put Ashbury on their rotation, where they spent over 3 weeks in the number one spot. They also licensed the majority of their album "Complacency" to MTV, with their song "Come On" debuting on "The Hills" reality show in late 2006. They've performed on national television for the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon in 2006, they are scheduled to reappear September 2008.

Ashbury's stint on local radio increased their demand. They opened for several large scale artists such as Panic at the Disco, Jewel, Live, Collective Soul, Paramore and many more.

Upcoming Album

After touring the country, Ashbury returned to Las Vegas to write their upcoming album tentatively titled "Ghost Stories." Which is being recorded By Lou Giordano at Millbrook Sound Studios in Millbrook, New York. The album is being funded by independent film company Realm Films.
