Artichoke Crepe
Artichoke Crepe is a recipe containing sautéed Artichoke hearts, in garlic butter with bits of roasted peppers in a white wine sauce, folded into a crepe. It is based on Italian cuisine using the crepe or crespelle for a variety of fillings.

The dish was introduced to Western Massachusetts in 1998 by Chef Chris Albano.
Crepes are also used frequently in other cultures;French cuisine utilizes them stuffed with various fillings,people go to a Crêperie much like in Italy and American going to Pizzeria's. In Vietnamese cuisine their famous crepe is Bánh xèo, A yellow turmeric infused thin "happy pancake" is flavored with coconut milk and stuffed with bean sprouts and shrimp.
