Arteco Estrela
Arteco Estrela (formerly known as Eco Estrela) is a planned mixed-use coastal resort and real estate development project in the municipality of Baía Formosa, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
Polish media have reported that Gremi International invested in the project; the company is controlled by Polish entrepreneur Grzegorz Hajdarowicz.
In January 2026, hotel operator Minor Hotels announced the signing of a planned resort component under its Minor Reserve Collection brand, described as Aventora Resort Baía Formosa, scheduled to open in 2028.
History and planning
A Brazilian government trade publication referring to Brazil–Poland economic relations mentioned the project as an ecological and tourism property investment on Brazil's northern coast.
In April 2018, A República reported that the state environmental institute (IDEMA – Instituto de Defesa do Meio Ambiente) had been monitoring the project's licensing process since 2016 and that a preliminary environmental feasibility licence had been issued.
In October 2024, Tribuna do Norte reported that IDEMA granted an installation licence for a tourism complex in Baía Formosa, describing an investment of R$600 million and a planned built area of more than 50,000 m².
Location
According to a Brazilian Ministry of Communications publication, Baía Formosa is the easternmost municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, approximately 96 km from Natal.
The development occupies part of the rural property known locally as Fazenda Estrela, a coastal estate in Baía Formosa described in legal notices as bordering the Atlantic Ocean.

Local media have reported that the FINC – Festival Internacional de Cinema de Baía Formosa held screenings at Arteco Camp, located on Fazenda Estrela, including the 2023 and 2024 editions.
A licensing notice published in the Rio Grande do Norte official journal in 2022 mentioned ArtECO CAMP as an undertaking located alongside the Complexo Turístico Eco Estrela in Baía Formosa.
