Armand Dehaney
Armand Dehaney (born March 1, 1991) is an American financier, investor and talent manager. He is a former Division I College Football Athlete.
Business / Finance
Armand's initial beginnings in finance started with KeyBanc Capital Markets ("KBCM") as an investment banker. During his stretch with KBCM, Armand spent time in Leveraged Finance before transitioning into the Utilities, Power, and Renewable Energy space. During his time in energy, he focused on renewable project development providing strategic advice and financing solutions to a variety of clients such as SolarCity and NRG.
Sports
High School Career
Attending Walsh Jesuit High School, Dehaney was a three-sport athlete and multi-year team captain. In football, he led The Warriors to a 25-6 record during his career and was voted Most Valuable Player his senior year. On the track, Dehaney was a state qualifier in the long jump and MVP Recipient.
Dehaney was one of 28 athletes honored at the NFF Northeastern Ohio Chapter’s 21st Annual Scholar-Athletes Award Banquet.
Considered only a two-star recruit, Dehaney was not ranked among the nation's top defensive backs. He committed to Ball State on July 31, 2008, picking the Cardinals over several other Mid-American Conference and Ivy League programs.
Collegiate Career
Dehaney started as a true freshman at Ball State University, where he held one of the longest active playing streaks. Throughout his career, Dehaney faced several formidable opponents including Auburn, Oklahoma, and Iowa.
