Antonio José Herrero Uceda
Antonio José Herrero Uceda (Ton) (Ceclavín, Cáceres, Spain, November 8, 1953) is a Spanish painter. He has made a lot of exhibitions, as well as the illustrations for books. He use techniques such as watercolours, mixed technical... and two new techniques created by himself: Lapizsomluz and Shadows of realities. He is brother of the writer and natural scientist Miguel Herrero Uceda and of the writer Elisa Herrero Uceda.
Antonio José Herrero is also astrophysicist. He went to the astrophysic expedition of the Complutense University of Madrid to the Gobi Desert to study the 2008 Solar eclipse. He organises, along with his brother Miguel, observations of the Night sky with his telescope, especially in Extremadura (Spain).
He received the Award to the Creation.by the Regional House of Extremadura in Coslada, Madrid (2015).
