Antonio de Juan Cabrera

Antonio de Juan (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, October, 1976) is a Spanish entrepreneur linked to the hospitality sector. He is the founder of the holding Little Big Hospitality Group which brings together several brands related to consulting, hotel management, architecture, interior design, and communications.

Biography

He was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and raised between that city and Fuerteventura Island. At the age of 16, he began working in the hospitality industry, and at 18, he opened his first business in Fuerteventura.

Professional career

In 2016, he founded the consultancy Talentchef, specializing in advisory services in the food & beverage area for hotel chains.

In 2025, he created the holding company Little Big Hospitality Group, which brings together various brands linked to the hospitality industry, including Talentchef, Tailors, Alia, Libo Assets Guardianship, Guinda, and La Chismosa.

International Activity

Antonio de Juan has developed hospitality-related projects in various countries across Europe and the Americas. Talentchef established offices in Mexico, Spain, and Brazil, and has collaborated on initiatives in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Germany, Italy, and Greece.
