Anil Eswar

Anil Vadakkekkara, popularly known as Anil Eswar, is an Indian cinematographer working in Malayalam and Telugu film industries. He started his career in cinematography with Dolls, a 2013-film directed by Shalil Kallur, and a year later, got the opportunity to work with T. A. Razzaq, the award-winning screenwriter, for his directorial debut, Moonam Naal Njyayarazhcha, which was released in 2016. In between, he worked as the cinematographer for the movie, Saigal Padukayanu, directed by Sibi Malayail. Kattumakkan of Shalil Kallur with Mukesh in the lead and Pathemari of Salim Ahamed, a Mammootty-starrer, were two other films he worked in 2016, as an associate of Madhu Ambat in the latter. He also did a Telugu movie, Gulf, directed by Sunil Kumar Reddy, in 2016. The latest of his films is Poottu, a movie shot in the United Arab Emirates and directed by Rajeevnath.

Anil Eswar was born in the south Indian state of Kerala and resides in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
