Anika Knudsen
Anika Knudsen (born April 7, 1979 in Sweden) moved to the US when she was just 6 years old. At age 14, Anika decided that she wanted to go into modeling. So she signed on through a modeling agencies in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Milan.
Anika graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theather Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.

Knudsen was a guest-star on E! television's Girl Next door but she is best known for her work on "gross-out" reality game shows including Casting Ripe Live and the "NY vs. LA" episode of Fear Factor, season 5. She put her Theather Arts degree and Playboy figure to good use by successfully completing her task of dunking herself face-first into a barrel of slime and guts followed by digging through a sub-zero snow tunnel in a bikini, but she ended up losing to the eventual winner of the show.
