Angie Nussey
Angie Nussey is a Canadian singer-songwriter.
Biography
Angie Nussey was born in Lively, Ontario, a suburb of Sudbury.
In 1999, Angie formed and was lead singer in a cover band called Soakin' Wet, which performed in Sudbury. While performing in Sudbury, she released a self-produced demo album entitled Here's My Demo in 1999.
Upon The Release of Here's My Demo, Angie moved to Toronto to pursue a career as a musician. Since making the move to Toronto, Angie Nussey has released three full-length studio albums and one full-length live album. Angie is also a multi-time winner at the Toronto Independent Music Awards, having won best female performer in both 2005 and 2006, and best song for "Forbidden Thoughts" in 2005.
