Anfa Realties
Anfa Realties (in arabic: أنفا ريالتيز) is a Moroccan real estate company founded in 2006. Among its notable developments is Aeria Mall, a shopping mall located in Casablanca.
History
Anfa Realties was founded in 2006 in Casablanca by Younes Essassi. The company initially focused on real estate development, with activities centered on residential and commercial projects.
In October 2019, Anfa Realties opened Le Mercato d’Anfa, the first shopping center in Dar Bouazza. Developed on an area of approximately 6,000 square meters, with an estimated investment of 50 million Moroccan dirhams, the shopping center is managed by City Retail Group.
In 2021, the company launched a seaside residential development in Dar Bouazza known as Beachfront Villas. One year later, it announced Anfa Heaven, a private residential project in Casablanca.
In February 2023, Anfa Realties inaugurated Aeria Mall, a 25,000-square-meter shopping mall located within the Aeria Park project in the Casa Anfa district. The complex comprises around 80 retail outlets, food and dining areas, a supermarket, and leisure facilities. The project was completed with an estimated investment of 650 million Moroccan dirhams and has been operated since its opening by Sonae Sierra, a shopping centers management company.
In March 2023, Anfa Realties, in partnership with Inspire Education and the OSUI network, announced the launch of an educational project in the Casa Anfa area. The campus covers approximately 17,000 square meters of land and 34,000 square meters of built area, and is intended to host a school belonging to the OSUI network, developed in collaboration with the Mission laïque française (MLF). The project is based on an international education model combining multiple educational systems and was announced with an investment of 300 million Moroccan dirhams.
In September 2024, Anfa Realties opened a new campus of the Lycée Français International Alphonse Daudet in the Casa Anfa district of Casablanca, near Casablanca Finance City.
