Andy Husted

Andy Husted is the former guitarist for the Washington punk band MxPx.

Andy played guitar for MxPx starting with The Release of their first album Pokinatcha. After refusing to go on a Tooth & Nail tour in 1994, the other members decided it would be best to find another guitarist. After replacing him with Tom Wisniewski, he was fired from the band by Yuri Ruley. He played one more show in his hometown of Port Orchard that weekend, and has been out of the music industry since.

Andy and his wife Jessica have two daughters and currently reside in Bremerton, WA. He is still close friends with the band today and can be seen as a guest appearance playing along side the band in B-Movie performing the song "PxPx" from the band's first album, Pokinatcha.

In 2006, Andy and Jessica founded FRITZ European Fry House in downtown Bremerton where they specialize in fresh cut Belgian style fries and Belgian ales.
