Andrey Ermoshin

Andrey Ermoshin (born October 14, 1959) is a Russian psychotherapist, public speaker, specializing in the training of individuals and organizations, including top-management of companies.

He is the author of psychocatalysis, a method of self-regulation, based on concentration on the inner sensations, caused by psychological traumas.

Andrey Ermoshin is an inventor and producer of eyeglasses "Dr Erm", which are proved to be helpful in prophylaxis of myopia by Helmholtz Eye Institute.

He has published several books and more than 100 articles on psychology and prophylaxis of myopia in Russia, Latvia, Сhina, Japan etc. He has organized seminars on self-development using psychocatalysis in Italy, France, Belgium, UK, Latvia and Kazakhstan.

Andrey Ermoshin is a member of Professional Psychotherapeutic League of Russia (PPL), owner of the European Certificate of Psychotherapy since 2002 and a member of the European Assosiation for Psychotherapy. In 2010-2014 he has been among the top three specialists in psychotherapy in Russian Federation according to PPL rating[1].

He has produced more than 110 television programmes about how to solve psychological problems (e.g. addictions and psychic traumas), and has interviewed more than 50 leading specialists in psychology and psychotherapy of Russia.

Andrey Ermoshin is specialized in treatment of phobic deseases, addictions and family conflicts.
One of his specialist areas is to help people organize themselves to gain knowledge (especially language skills) and new business skills.

His method is based on real experience of helping patients in sessions, talks and seminars throughout Russia and 8 other countries worldwide.
