Ammel-Carl Sierra
Ammel “Carlos” Sierra Del Santo Rosario (born September 17, 1983 Cagayan de Oro Province) is a Victorian Melbournian Horseman, Polo Player & Sports Entrepreneur. From birth taken and raised by his grandparents, the Honourable Don Oscar Sierra (grandfather) & Alipio Margarita Adoracion Sierra (grandmother) on the island of Camiguin – La Isla de Fuego (the island of fire).
From the age of 6 Sierra was sent to Melbourne, Victoria, where today he currently resides. At 19 years of age Sierra was assigned in London - UK, taking on the position as managing member of Acorn Bespoke Kitchen Design (trades, building & construction) a privately own family company situated in the south west region of England.
Horsemanship career
Sierra rode his first horse at the age of 12. Eleven years later he went on to pursue a career in horsemanship. He began by training his very own horses and quickly developed a greater knowledge and passion for the equine industry.
He turned his attention to Polo at the age of 25 and began training at the Victorian Polo Academy. Sierra’s aspiration to become a Thoroughbred Owner Trainer had landed him into the Australian Horse Racing Industry, where he acquired his first job with Malua Racing – John Saddler & Troy Corsten ( Flemington Race Course) & Aquanita Racing – Robert Smorden (Caulfield Race Course). Sierra joined Nathan Tinkler’s racing camp at Patinack Farm in March 2012. After a false start he decided to concentrate on the 2012-2013 spring /summer Victorian Polo Tournament.

Entrepreneurial career
Team Toro Bravo Bravo Conquest Racing Inc. founded in 2009 by A-Carl Sierra. Appointed as Chairman & CEO of a private racing organisation established and designed solely as a branding identity strategy to partake and contest in the Australian Motorsport Industry.
The awakening of the team’s racing marketing arm saw the birth of Sport of Gods – Sport + Entertainment Firm, launching its corporate identity to the wider community in 2012. Sierra acquired the position as Executive Chairman of an independently ran sports marketing entity.
The formation and development of Sport of Gods was aspired by the team’s vision to promote and market its own racing identity bringing together a team of professional associate of industry leading entrepreneurs. The associate team covers a wide range of expertise from the creative industry to corporate law, finance, media and project management.
