His height is around 2,4～60 Meters tall. He weighs around 52,000 Tons.

Space alien who came from planet fourthly in Nemesis nebula Regulan star. This Regulan went to Earth in order to conquer it, however his craft was destroyed by a spacestation's defenses. Before its destruction Regulan was able to escape and fled to earth, vowing revenge on the commander of the station (who also turned out to be Rena's father) for the deaths of his wife and daughter (who were also aboard the vessel) by torturing Rena. The commander chastises Regulan for abandoning his own family on the vessel to save himself.
