Alexander Bukalov

Alexander Bukalov (also known as Aleksandr Bukalov or Aleksandr Boukalov) (born 1960) is a Ukrainian mathematician. He founded the Socionics Institute in Kiev, Ukraine (International Institute of Socionics (IIS)) in 1991. Alexander Bukalov is an Intuitive Logical Extrovert according to Socionics classification.

Socionics Journals

Not only is he the founder of International Institute of Socionics, Alexander Bukalov is the editor in Chief of all written material by the Kiev Socionics Institute, which publishes the following four socionics journals:

  1. Socionics, Mentology and Personality Psychology
  2. Psychology and Socionics of Interpersonal Relations
  3. Management and Personnel: Problems of Management, Socionics and Sociology
  4. Physics of Consciousness and Life, Cosmology and Astrophysics

Six issues of each journal (per year) have been published every year since 1995 in the Russian language, with various topics ranging from basic socionics theory, hypothesises concerning socionics theory, and speculative applications of socionics theory.

After the original models presented by Ausura Augusta, Alexander Bukalov is responsible with Gregory Reinin and Victor Gulenko for the structuring of modern socionics theory.
