Albert Raymond Carder
Albert Raymond Carder is a serial child [...] offender and [...] in California. He is most well known due to the persecution of the Wade family by San Diego County CPS and DA offices due to their false prosecution of Alicia Wade's father James Wade for her [...] which was actually committed by Carder.
Carder was forced out of the Navy after involvement in child [...] molestation in San Luis Obispo, California, in 1988.
Based upon incidents reported to the San Diego Police between February 1989 and June 1989, Detective Montejano developed a case against Carder that resulted in eight charges of committing Lewd Acts on four young girls.
Later Carder was charged with the May 1989 [...] of Alicia Wade. But this did not occur before her father, James Wade, was falsely prosecuted for the crime.
