Akshay Ajith

Akshay Ajith is an Indian actor, filmmaker and singer associated with Malayalam cinema.

Career

Akshay Ajith made his directorial debut with the Malayalam film Kerala Express, which also marked his acting debut. The film began production in Kochi in 2019.

Ajith has also appeared in Malayalam films including Adios Amigo. In 2026, Ajith began production on Dil, a Malayalam film which he directs and stars in.

Music

Ajith has also worked as a singer and has released cover versions of songs in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. He gained attention for his cover songs, including a cover of the song "Oru Poovine Nisha Shalabham" from the Malayalam film Meenathil Thalikettu.

In 2021, he released the single Ninn Hridayathin, which is credited to Akshay Ajith and several other artists. His music releases also include Ne En Sarga Soundaryame (2019), Ithu Vazhi (2026) and Aareyum Bhava Gayakanakkum (2026).
