Agape Church (Little Rock, Arkansas)
Agape Church is a large non-denominational Christian church in Little Rock, Arkansas pastored by Dr. Scott and Loretta Stewart. Agape Church expresses their love for God by joyfully and passionately serving people and community.
History
Agape Church was founded in 1979 by Happy and Jeanne Caldwell responding to the call of God to produce life city, state, nation and world. Later, in 1988, Happy and Jeanne announced that God told them to extend the good news beyond Central Arkansas. To this end they founded VTN - the Victory Television Network. Desiring to see spiritual excellence in education, Agape Church established Agape Academy and Agape College.
Continuing the legacy, Pastors Scott and Loretta Stewart were instated as senior pastors of Agape Church on December 15, 2013 at the Laying on of hands of Happy and Jeanne Caldwell. Scott and Loretta have been warmly received by the members of Agape Church and the Central Arkansas community.
