History
In 2003, Fortune Enterprises, Inc (dba) PREview Ultrasound was formed by a number of investors/partners to establish an IDTF ultrasound facility specializing in elective and diagnostic procedures. The same year, a second organization was formed by its managing partners, Midwest Diagnostics, Inc (dba) Advanced Imaging, Inc. The consulting division assisted in the development/consulting of IDTF ultrasound facilities around the United States.
In 2005, Advanced Imaging, Inc formed its ultrasound equipment sales division. In 2006, Preview Ultrasound was absorbed by the managing partners to form Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. This division provides ultrasound service to physicians, clinics, and hopsitals. They provide the equipment and technologists for the customers. The division performs various medical ultrasound scans such as Vascular, Small Parts, MSK, ECHO, Ob/Gyn, General.
The company moved to its current location at 75 Executive Drive, Carmel, IN. Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc is a (dba) of Fortune Enterprises, Inc. Advanced Imaging Consultants established a mobile ultrasound business program for technologists around the nation. In 2008 Advanced Imaging Heathcare completed a Purchasing Agreement with the largest portable ultrasound provider, Sonosite, Inc.
Most recently in 2009, Advanced Imaging, Inc added a second program under its consulting division, Mobile Cardiology Solutions, targeted for Cardiologists.
