Adrenalin eSystems Limited (AeSys) is a subsidiary of Polaris Software Lab Limited. The company started their operation in 2002. and Ganesh Balaji is the current CEO
AeSys, is the creator of Adrenalin, a Human Capital Alignment Software. This software empowers people to multiply their performance dramatically through a web-based product. The first product was built on IBM Lotus and later made available on dotNet as well with independent database platforms. Adrenalin has also integrated the open XML formats into its application.
Adrenalin has helped a number of leading businesses plan and implement HR software projects that deliver business results. Some of them include Hindustan Unilever, CNBC TV-18, Olam International, Royal Sun Alliance, Max New York Life, Alcatel, and Thomas Cook Group.
It has offices in India, South East Asia, Middle-East and Europe. Adrenalin eSystems is looking at entering the US market besides expanding in Europe with its HR automation solutions in 2009-10.
Awards and recognition
In 2007, the company was listed in the ‘Nasscom Top IT Innovators' and were the finalist in the ‘Best Contextual Collaboration Solution’ at the 13th Annual IBM Lotus Awards.
