Abe Cherian

Abe Cherian (born Abraham Cherian on 8 November 1968) is an Indian businessman and the CEO of Multiple Stream Media. He is an online advertising specialist, and has developed and founded a number of online advertising portals.

Early life

Cherian was raised in Dubai, and spent most of his youth there. In his teens, he moved back to his place of birth India, where he finished his education. He studied at St. Marys Residential Boarding School in Kerala, India.

After graduating from High School, he moved to Switzerland where he completed a Degree in Hospitality Management and Hotel Sales & Marketing Management. After finishing his education, he worked for a number of hotel chains in London, England. This led him to immigrate to the United States in 1995

Career

Cherian founded his first online company in 1998, which was a membership site, offering resources that helped with building a business. In 2002, he founded Multiple Stream Media LLC. The company was registered and based in New York. The initial aim of the company was to provide small businesses with Advertising assistance to reach their target market.

The creation of Multiple Stream Media, led to Cherian expanding his empire of online advertising portals for different needs. He expanded the service to provide for B2B and B2C, including Business Entrepreneurs and marketers. One of the main reasons behind his success was his focus on Return on Investment (ROI) for the campaigns that were ran.

The expansion of Multiple Stream Media enabled Cherian to launch AdClickMedia on 27 October 2008. AdClickMedia is a Pay-Per-Click platform that allows online advertisers to tap into 13 million targeted impressions per month.

AdClickMedia was founded by Cherian, after his analysed that many small companies were being priced out of the Pay per click advertising campaigns.

AdClickMedia now has over 35,000 online publishers using its site to advertise monthly. These publishers advertise to 10 over million subscribers of Multiple Stream Media's base.

In 2012, Cherian with help of his team, launched a mobile app marketing platform called AppStreamMedia.com, aimed at the mobile marketing market. From the advertising networks created by Cherian, they provide advertising services to over 65,000 customers. When asked AbOUT his advertising portals, Cherian said the following. "To be successful in any market, we have to be uniquely creative, and provide real value to the market that you are serving. But most of all, one has to take action and fail quickly – Until we find the ones that work. There is no such thing as failure, only lessons learned."
