Abbeydale Designers
Abbeydale Designers Ltd was a Reading-based Software company set up by Dave Farmborough and Dimitri Koveos in 1984. The company was inspired by the success and popularity of the Sinclair Spectrum and the Atari ST and developed a range of software and hardware products for them:
- Centronics/RS-232 Printer Interface (Spectrum)
- SPDOS Disk Interface and Operating System, marketed by Watford Electronics (Spectrum)
- KDOS Disk Interface and Operating System, marketed by Kempston Microelectronics (Spectrum)
- Millenia-K Disk Interface and Operating System, marketed in the US by Ramex International(Sinclair Timex TS-2000)
- Advanced OCP Art Studio (Spectrum 128)
- HyperPaint I and II (Atari ST)
- HyperDraw (Atari ST)
