On July 1, 2020, ShipHero established a physical presence in North Las Vegas to address capacity constraints, initially operating out of a 50,000-square foot facility. Following a tripling of revenue in 2020, the company relocated its local operations to a 200,000-square-foot warehouse at the Golden Triangle Logistics Center. By this time, ShipHero reported processing more than US$5 billion in orders annually for clients including Canadian Tire and Universal Music Group.

In June 2021, ShipHero announced a US$50 million Series A funding round led by Riverwood Capital, which valued the company at US$225 million. In 2025, Wired cited Rubin regarding the removal of the United States de minimis tariff exemption, noting his projections on short-term sales behaviors and inventory adjustments by brands in response to policy changes.
