The gamer must manage all industrial and political aspects. He must make sure that people don't freeze during winter as well as choosing the right alliances. Once the army is trained and all resources are ready, conquering can begin.
The player has to earnestly complete buildings to shelter, markets for trade, and towers for storage and guard. The culture back then was conquer or be conquered. Zulu, barbarian, Chinese and Japanese warriors are all at the players disposition. The players monger wars against their rival alliances plundering their land or looting their resources. An ill prepared alliance will be destroyed due to their inadequate defense points. The turn based legend reports on available resources, clearly showing rivals if it is prime for war.
