3D Stas

3D Stas is a music producer, composer and DJ. He began his music career in the mid-90s. The spectrum of styles used by musicians is quite wide, including Breakbeat, Breaks, Big Beat, Industrial, Techno, Dub, Drum'n'Bass. His discography consists of more than a dozen albums and variety of EP, which gained worldwide recognition and high chart positions.

Career

The first release was recorded on a demo tape in 1997, and in 1999 the first CD album titled «404» was published on «StealOne» label. The mentions of the artist can be traced on the Internet since 2004: on the «Electronic-Realm portal» was published the results of the competition in the genre of breakbeat, in which 3D Stas with the track named «Industry Eleven» took the first place and the prize of $200. In 2005, 3D Stas, with the track named «Stylus», took the second place of the famous British competition Breakbeat Paradise. Among other participants there were such famous breakbeat musicians of early 2000s as virtualMODE, WICCATRON and so on.

In 2006, 3D Stas in collaboration with the Synchronick created an independent music label called «Do not Panic Records», which aim is to promote breakbeat styles of electronic music and musicians from the former USSR. As of 2006 the label had the best digital distribution network around the world and one of the first in Ukraine has entered the market of electronic music stores, among them iTunes, Napster, AOL, Yahoo, Dogs On Acid, Juno.co.uk, Trackitdown.net and others. Dozens of Russian and Ukrainian musician became label residents, including Sunchase - the first Ukrainian «breaks» musician who released the track on a vinyl, Kind of Zero - author of the first «breaks » album released in Ukraine, Spaz – the winner of Breakbeat-Paradise 2006, DaVIP who took second place in the British competition «Breakbeat contest 2007», Neutral Point, and so on.

Release «Syndrome EP» was put out on 27 January 2014 on the British label «Hardcore Beats», headed the «Beatport Breaks Top 100» chart, taking the first 4 positions. Label Hardcore Beats has won a world authority, in particular thanks to the big names of its residents: Nero, Zardonic, Teddy Killerz, Davip, Playma, Place 2B, Colombo, SiBegg and others. Release «C.L.A.W. » was put out on «Criminal Tribe Records» label has taken the first place in the list of 100 Beatport Breaks Top and was published in Sygnus Musicyu magazine. At the beginning of 2015, 3D Stas with the track «Dying Light» had been nominated for «Track of the Year» in «The 14th International Breakbeat Awards Breakspoll 2015».

Remix of the track «Aquamarine» on the project Up & Forward, released on UK label Mondo Records at the end of 2015, not only received the support of breybit but also trance musicians such as Johan Vilborg and Elite Electronic. The release was supported by one of the best DJs of the world - Armin Van Buuren and the owner of «Always Alive Recordings» label (sub-label of «Enhanced») Daniel Kandi. In 2016, the remix was taken in the book «Future Breaks & Beats Classics Vol. 11» by LW Recordings; It also received the support of the American duo The Crystal Method.

On 14 December 2015, track «Blind Drive» was upheld by the famous project of The Crystal Method in his radio show «Community Service» on radio SiriusXM ch.52.

On 12 April 2016, on the label «You So Fat Records» was released fourteenth album of the project 3D Stas called «Dead Beats». It received broad support and took the 7th position in the «Beatport Breaks Top 100» rating. Several tracks from the album were in the rotation of FTATR Rock Radio 291.

Album «Inverted Places» (Spektra Recordings, 2016) became the best according to Spanish DJ Mag and received the highest score - 9.5 points, and also reached the third position in the «Beatport BREAKS TOP 100 Releases» rating.
