In 2002, 2wayAlert entered into a strategic partnership with RestaurantRow.com to provide Restaurantrow subscribers with real-time reviews and also the ability to make reservations wirelessly via handheld devices.
In 2003, 2wayAlert was awarded a Platinum plaque from the RIAA and Bad Boy Records for promotions of the album "We Invented the Remix, Vol.1"
2wayAlert's pioneering promotions with Sean"P. Diddy" Combs have been the focus of case studies on mobile marketing and branding.

One example was 2wayAlert's Free Slick Rick (rapper Ricky Walters) campaign. 2wayAlert in conjunction with Slick Rick's wife, Mandy Aragones, created FreeSlickRick.com (in 2002) and the Free Slick Rick petition to bring awareness to his plight. 2wayAlert was joined by Russell Simmons and Def Jam, Will Smith, Jesse Jackson, Chris Rock, New York Senator Chuck Schumer and countless others in calling for Slick Rick's release. In 2008, New York Governor David Paterson granted Slick Rick a full pardon.
