2026 Bintong by-election

By-elections in Bintong will be scheduled to be held on 2026 for the Perlis State Legislative Assembly seat of Bintong. It was called following the sacking of Fakhrul Anwar Ismail on 24 December 2025 by the President of PAS, Abdul Hadi Awang in a statement. Fakhrul Anwar served as the Bintong DUN seat from 2022. The by-election will be held concurrently with the Chuping and Guar Sanji by-elections for the same reasons.
