2017 Thailand Amateur League Bangkok Metropolitan Region

2017 Thailand Amateur League Bangkok Metropolitan Region is the 1st season of the League competition since its establishment in 2017. It is in the fifth tier of the Thai football league system.

• Qualification round of Bangkok zone of Bangkok Metropolitan Region zone All matches played in Sports Authority of Thailand stadium 1, Bang Kapi District, Bangkok and Thammasat Stadium and Mini Stadium, Rangsit, Pathum Thani

• Qualification round of Metropolitan zone of Bangkok Metropolitan Region zone All matches played in Leo Stadium, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani and Grakcu Look Tabfah Pathum Thani training field, Pathum Thani

• First round of Group A All matches played in Thonburi Stadium of Thonburi University, Bangkok and Thammasat Stadium and Mini Stadium, Rangsit, Pathum Thani and Mahidol University Stadium (Salaya) of Krung Thonburi.

• First round of Group B All matches played in Kasem Bundit University Stadium (Rom Klao) of Kasem Bundit University and Leo Stadium, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani and Grakcu Look Tabfah Pathum Thani training field, Pathum Thani

• Final round match played in Nonthaburi Sports Complex Stadium of Nonthaburi

Member clubs

Format

Qualification stage: A total 31 clubs will be divided into two zones. Bangkok zone of Bangkok Metropolitan Region and Metropolitan zone of Bangkok Metropolitan Region will play single-elimination stage. The best six clubs of each zone will qualify to the round-robin

Group stage: A total of 12 clubs which has qualified from Qualification stage will be divided into two groups of six clubs to play round-robin. matches at a neutral venue. The best two clubs of each group will qualify to the knock-out stage.

Knock-out stage: A total of 2 clubs which has qualified from the group stage will play single-elimination stage until there are only two finalists of the tournament.
