The 2012 DBKL Youth Futsal League season has 19 teams battling out to become the number one in the first under-21 aged league in Malaysia. The league was organised by Kuala Lumpur City Hall or Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. This is the first edition of DBKL Youth Futsal League.

Quilmes FC clinched the title after winning the final match 4-2 against Ger's FT on December 29, 2012.

Draw

The official draw for league group stages was held in Titiwangsa Stadium on 5 November 2012.
