2010–11 Gateshead F.C. season

The 2010–11 season was Gateshead's second consecutive season in the Conference National and their 13th at this level in total. They switched from being part time to a full time club with a professional squad at the beginning of the season, with manager Ian Bogie signing a two year contract. Adam Sadler was announced to be replacing Jeff Wrightson as assistant manager, as Wrightson was unable to continue the role full time. However, Sadler left the club to join Plymouth Argyle on 6 July, after only two months at Gateshead. Terry Mitchell, former Director of Youth Development at Hartlepool United, was named as his replacement 3 days later.

Gateshead fielded a reserve team in The Central League for the 2010–11 season, which is managed by Paul Bryson. This was the first reserve team they had fielded since entering a team in the Wearside League in the 2004–05 season.
