2003 ICC Americas Under-19 Championship

The 2003 ICC Americas Under-19 Championship was an international cricket tournament held in King City, Ontario, from 14 to 19 July 2003. It was the second EDition of the ICC Americas Under-19 Championship, and the first to be held in Canada.

The tournament featured five teams, the same number as at the inaugural 2001 edition, who played each other in a round-robin. Canada was undefeated in its four matches, and consequently qualified for the 2004 Under-19 World Cup in Bangladesh. Making its tournament debut, the Cayman Islands placed second, losing only to Canada (with a narrow two-wicket margin). Troy Taylor, a Caymanian, led the tournament's wicket-taking, with 10 wickets, including a tournament record 7/12 against Argentina (who were winless). Argentina also had the highest individual innings of the tournament scored against them, a double century (204) by Bermuda's Dion Stovell (who was the tournament's leading runscorer). Bermuda placed third, ahead of the United States, which recorded its worst-ever tournament finish, with only a single victory.
