Pteris Nodulosa groinus
Overview
Also known as "The Ferns" Pteris Nodulosa groinus is a sexually transmitted diesease (STD) resulting in a fungal growth resembling the Pteris fern genus in the crotchal region of both male and female inhabitants. Cases of Nodulosa groinus are very rare, but have been reported in Central America especially in warm, moist areas. Cases have also been reported in the temperate regions of North America near Seattle and Northern Oregon. Pteris Nodulosa groinus or PTG results in the growth of small but sensitive and often painful fungal growth resembling young fern fronds. This resemblance is the origin of the slang name The Ferns. The growths start out small, and appear as red bumps. If left untreated these bumps continue to grow to form the fern-like shapes on the crotchal region. If still left untreated, these fungal growths emit toxins into the blood stream that leads to heart failure,
----
Discovery and Research
Cases were first recorded in the temperate Northwestern Forests of North America among nature dwelling Environmental Action groups beginning the year 2000. Several cases were reported in Seattle Hospitals and research was done by Steven M. Natterstad M.D. Named by Dr. Natterstad, the Ferns became a recognized STD in the year 2000
----
Treatment and Prevention
If you have become afflicted with The Ferns, there are several treatments that can used. Since it is only transmitted by means of spores in the bloodstream, and seminal and vaginal fluids, abstinence is %100 effective. Condoms and other contraceptive measures can be used to kill or block the spored before they enter the mucus membrane and enter the bloodstream. If the fungus does begin to grow, several house herbicides are effective in eradicating the gametophyte. Round Up and Weed-B-Gone are two examples. Although this treatment may cause other slight skin irritation, it proven effective in eradicating the PTG growth. If left untreated, PTG can lead to death.

Priorism is a form of the Christian faith. It was founded on the 28th June 2000 by a The Ashford Baptist Reverend Paul.
The faith, unlike other Baptists, outlaws the use of the Cross as a symbol of there faith but instead uses the "Sign of the Baptist". Thumb and Saturn finger extendend, rest of hand closed. This is not to be mistaken for the birdie, which is just the middle finger extended. The followers of Priorism use the original 10 commandments, and see John the Baptist as more important then Jesus Christ. There philosophy, unlike other Baptistical religions, outlaws the use of the Cross as a symbol of faith, but instead, uses the "Sign of the Baptist". This is mostly due to the fact that the Cross is not the true symbol of christ, but infact was a PX combined symbol that the real disiples had on there clothing. The origin of the "The sign of the Baptist" is unknown but the Church of Priorism claims that Rev Paul come up with the idea some time ago. Acording to there faith this has been modified over the years, as the original sign was with the thumb and index finger extended with the rest of the hand closed. This had to be changed as it was offen depicted by R & B and Hip Hop singers as the sign of a gun. Priorism did not want to be associated with such images therefore the sign was changed to its present form.
It was first based in Ashford, in Kent UK, but since its creation has meetings in major cities including London and Manchester. It has not been without its problems, including the burning down of the SouthEasten Taven, which was one of there main meet points.
The 10 Commandments followed by the members of Priorism are as follows, with number 10 being the main one.
1. Have no other gods before me
2. Make no images of anything in heaven, earth or the sea, and do not worship or labor for them.
3. Do not vainly use the name of your God.
4. Do no work on the seventh day of the week.
5. Honor your parents.
6. Do not kill.
7. Do not commit adultery.
8. Do not steal.
9. Do not give false testimony against another.
10. Do not desire another's wife or anything that belongs to another.

Stefanie Rengel (died 1 January 2008) was a Toronto high school student who was murdered. The Toronto Police Service has arrested a 15-year old girl and a 17-year old boy, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, for the crime. A police source told Sun Media that "The 15-year-old was very jealous and controlling and wanted this done." The girl's defence lawyer said his client had made "intemperate remarks," but did not encourage her co-defendant to commit the crime. The Crown attorney intends to seek adult sentences if the two are convicted.
Numerous tributes to Stefanie Rengel were posted to Facebook, as well as hostile and threatening statements made against the alleged killers. Rengel was identified online 24 hours before Canadian media were legally permitted to release her name. Although a publication ban prevents Canadian media from naming the accused, their names were also posted repeatedly on the site and repeatedly removed by administrators. This has led to discussion about the relevance of Canada's censorship laws in the modern Information Age.
