Prince of Persia: Ghosts of The Past is a rumored upcoming game from Ubisoft and is described as being the first next generation game of the Prince of Persia Franchize. The game would most likely be available on PS3, PC, Wii, and XBox platforms, seeing as Ubisoft ahs always been multisystem with the PoP games they've made(exculding the DS card battle game BoPoP).

Ubisoft has not confirmed the production of this game. but in March 2007 4 initial concept pictures of a 'next-gen' Prince of Persia were released after someone hacked a Ubisoft pc and took alot of pictures
among the pictures was: a new re-imagined PoP logo, An unfamiliar woman, and 2 cocept art drafts of a new Prince with a covering over his face and a mysterious Gauntlet on his left hand

The Female shown in a leaked concept art picture is believed to be The Prince's Love interest in this new series, Many think She will have the ability to 'shift' from human form to a Ghost Form. this had no proof but could exaplin why the character with the Prince in the 2 leaked screen shots dont appear to look at all like the concept art...
This is a personal note, but it seems to me this is an allusion to The Empress of Time(From The Sands of Time Trilogy) Specifically how she is able to resume a human-like form at the end of the trilogy, while still remaining a 'ghost' of the sands. she clearly retained certain bodily traits(it even seems she had on the clothes she was wearing before death) and it would be not out of the realm of possibility for her to re-emerge from the other worlds that she left PoP to find(possibly where the idea of the title Ghosts of The Past originated from)

David M. Grago grew up in Central New York where he began his martial arts studies in Kodakan Judo at the age of 12. Grago began to train in the Chinese Boxing Art of Southern Shaolin Chuan Ch'uang Pai (Kung Fu) as a closed door student of Sam (Iron Tiger) Wing at age 13 and opened the first Chinese Martial Arts School in Central New York in May of 1970. Grago attended college at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio and is an Alumnus of Spring Hill Jesuit College in Mobile, Alabama.
Grago continued working in Shaolin Kung Fu with Sifu’s Bruce Ledger and James Cook while in Ohio. Grago opened up the first Martial Arts Club at Walsh University with over 100 participants and a demonstration team of 15 athletes. Grago opened three Martial Arts Schools in Ohio during his two year stay and taught Ohio State Police Self Defense and Security Defense and Training Courses for Merket Security and Buckeye Security Officers.
While finishing his undergraduate studies in Mobile, Alabama Grago began the Spring Hill College CMA Club with an enrollment of more than 200 on campus students and faculty. During this timeframe Grago continued advanced instruction in Chinese Martial Arts, his first love, with: Norman Pedelahore (Lung Shou Pai - Dragon Claw Family Style); Mok Poi On (Pao Fa Lien Wing Chun); David Wei Kash (Emperor’s Shaolin Temple Boxing); WL John Ng (former Coach of the Peking Wu Shu Team - Wing Chun and Ng Family Style); and Andrew Tamper (Yee Chong Mu Gwan International)
Currently, Grago has accepted the US Leadership of one of the most complex internal Kung Fu Styles under Patriarch (Inheritor) Ngoc An formerly of South Vietnam now residing in Moscow, Russia.
In the early 1980s, Grago received permission from Leung Ting (of the Ving Tsun Kuen - Ip Man Wing Chun derivative) to develop his Art under the auspices of the Hong Kong International Chinese Martial Arts Federation. Leung Ting had made the personal introduction and recommendation to Mok Poi On, for Grago’s advanced study in a non-Ip Man style of Wing Chun Boxing.
Grago established the Combined Wing Chun Association which was later accepted as a Group Member of the Chinese Kuoshu Worldwide Promotion Association by famous Chen Shou-Shan, President of the Kuoshu Worldwide, ROC, Taipei, Taiwan. Grago’s ICBA World Wide Organization and earned rank is recognized by: The Kuoshu Association of the Republic of China under President Chen Shou-Shan, The Hawaii Martial Art International Society under Professor Jaime Abreganna and Ming Lum. Endai is a conspiracy theory that takes its roots from ancient tales. Most known stories come from Native American tribes, but others are also known. According to experts Endai is translated as, “the end of a species.” In many of the tribe’s prophecies they refer to the Great Being as the decider of life and death. The actual tale of Endai has several different versions, but the most popular one states that one species cannot dominate the earth forever, and when their time is up the Great Being will destroy most, and sometimes all, of the remains of that species, and then create a new species to dominate the earth. Many people believe that Endai has occurred many times before, and that it will occur again in the future. In the year 1876, the event was first discovered when a tribe of Wikkua Indians were seen performing ritual sacrifices in order to delay the coming of Endai.

Endai is said to have occurred over a hundred times since the creation of the earth. Before humans there have been an excessive number of dominant species, and each one has ended with Endai. Most traces of previous species have been completely destroyed, but there are some remains still in existence, such as dinosaur bones. At
one time the giant reptiles, that we refer to as dinosaurs, were the dominate species, but one day (Endai) a series of natural disasters caused the end of their existence. Some people may argue that a comet crashing to earth caused the extinction of dinosaurs, and this may be true, but it was the Great Being who sent the comet crashing to the earth’s surface. Not only did the Great Being send the comet, but in addition it created several other natural disasters that assisted in the destruction of the species. Other hypotheses that exist are that the creation of winter occurred as a way to destroy the dinosaurs. Another hypothesis is that the world use to be one big continent, but on Endai the world started to split, separating the reptiles from family, food, and shelter; the effects of this particular Endai are still in effect today, but when the Great Being created the human race, it gave it the abilities to overcome the fierce colds of winter and the divisions of land. Some evidence of Endai is even given in the bible; the story of the great flood took place on Endai. This is an example of one failed attempt to destroy humanity. The natural disaster of a worldwide flood was not enough to knock the human race from their place of power, and because of this failed attempt the next Endai will be much worse.

Many scholars have studied the remains of previous Endais and have concluded that the next will occur in approximately seventeen years, in the year 2025. These scholars have been tracking many of the major natural disasters, and they claim that this is the key to determining the time of the next Endai. Many more natural disasters will come, each worse than the last, until Endai when the worst natural disasters will occur; many different kinds simultaneously. In addition to natural disasters, the Great Being has spawned several creatures, such as the Loch Ness Monster, the Chupacabra, and the Moth Man, which will remain in hiding until Endai when they will wreak havoc all around the world.
