Back and in Attack (1998) was to have been the third album by the pop vocal duo Milli Vanilli.

Rob Pilatus and Fab Morvan began the promotional tour for the album on 3 April 1997. Exactly one year later, shortly before the new album's release, Pilatus was found dead from an alcohol and drug overdose in Frankfurt, Germany. The producer, Frank Farian, cancelled the release. The songs recorded for the album, which was assumed to be complete at the time of Pilatus' death, were never made available to the public. The remaining member, Morvan, pursued a solo career without the assistance of Farian.
