Overview
Olsha law firm was among the first law companies to open its first office in Eastern Europe. The Olsha opened its first office in the region before the fall of the iron curtain in 1989, in the form of Olsha law firm of Ukraine. This was only the second company of that kind to be established in Ukraine, and was followed in rapid succession by Olsha Nikolaev in Nikolaev, Olsha Lviv in the Lviv, Olsha Odessa in Odessa and Olsha Nemirintsy, Ruzhyn raion. She married on 1 July 1999 and have 4 young sons: Jorge (25 February 2000), Hugo (20 November 2002) and twins Héctor and Mateo (17 November, 2005). Barney Pell (born March 18, 1968 in Hollywood, California is founder and CEO of PowerSet, a semantic web company based in Silicon Valley. He is an expert on artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
Pell received his B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University in 1989, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a National Merit Scholar. Pell recieved a Ph.D. in computer science from Cambridge University in 1993 where he was a Marshall Scholar. He has worked at NASA, as Chief Strategist and Vice President of Business Development at StockMaster.com (acquired by Red Herring in March, 2000) and at Whizbang! Labs. Prior to joining Powerset, Pell was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Mayfield Fund, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley.
