The B-Players Theatre, which is now closed, was located in Hollywood. It started off slowly as a community theatre known as the B-Theatre, which catered to older and family crowds.

With hundreds of members and supporters worldwide, they are the largest and most prominent Hindu political lobby and media relations organization in Canada. 1 According to their website (http://www.hccanada.com), they have branches in Ontario, Alberta and BC. Their stated aim is to raise awareness of Hindu and Indian issues. Another of their stated goals is to fight unfair stereotyping about Hindus.
Formed in November 2004, their activities initially were restricted to publication of op-eds and articles in large Canadian newspapers such as the National Post2, Financial Post 3, and Toronto Sun4.
Recently, they have held events including a vigil for victims of Mumbai, India [...] bombings (as reported in the Weekly Voice5), and a high profile endorsement of the Conservative Party of Canada during the January 2006 federal elections, as published in the National Post6.
The Hindu Conference of Canada also demonstrated the solidarity of Canadian Hindus with the Israeli struggle against Islamic [...] by supporting the large July 26, 2006 'Stand for Israel' rally in Toronto, as reported in the "Canadian Jewish News" (7).
In November 2006, the organization in cooperation with Ryerson University student groups (Hindu Student Association and Indian Student Association) put on an exhibition about [...] and ethnic cleansing against Hindus in Kashmir (8) during Holocaust and [...] Awareness Week. Controversy erupted on campus when threatening hate emails were received within the Pakistani Student Association over the event.(9)
