Prashant Kumar Saini (also known as Prashant Saini) is an Indian politician from Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is the founder and National President of the political organisation Viraj Jan Party.
Saini contested the 2019 Indian general election from the Jaipur constituency as an independent candidate.
He completed post-graduation in English Literature from University of Rajasthan and also holds an MBA.
Before politics, he worked as a bank employee and later became active in social work, particularly in animal welfare through organisations associated with Virat Sena.

The Communist Party of India (Marxist Leninist) Revolutionary Initiative, or briefly as CPI(ML) RI, was a communist party in India, formed by a breakaway faction from Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Red Star, in December 2023 in Chennai.
