Evergreen, also known as Huckabee, is an unincorporated community in Autauga County, Alabama.
The 2018 European championships of international draughts were held from 16 to 22 December in Moscow, Russia, over 9 rounds Swiss-system tournament. There were 55 participants from 14 countries, including 17 grandmasters, 9 international masters and 15 masters of the FMJD. Competitions was at classic format and at superblitz. 6 sportsmen qualified for WC 2019.
The winner was 18-years-old Michael Semyaniuk from Belarus, silver was for Alexander Georgiev from the Russia, third was Martijn van IJzendoorn from the Netherlands.
The 2016 European championships of international draughts were held from 18 to 24 October in İzmir, Turkey over 9 rounds Swiss-system tournament. There were 32 participants from 14 countries, including, 14 grandmasters, 4 international masters and 6 masters of the FMJD.
The winner was Alexei Chizhov from Russia, silver was for Roel Boomstra from the Netherlands, third was Martijn van IJzendoorn from the Netherlands.
Education Partnerships Africa is a volunteer-run charity which sends UK university students to work in rural secondary schools in East Africa. It aims to benefit students in East Africa by improving education in its partner schools, and to give personal development opportunities to UK university students. It was established in Kisii in 1990 as The Kenya Project. Since then it has expanded to two further sites: Kakamega in Kenya and Mbarara in Uganda, and now works with around 30 schools each summer.
