Prema Sai Baba will be the male reincarnation of Shakti in the 21st century according to the prediction by the Indian guru Sathya Sai Baba. Sathya Sai Baba first mentioned Prema Sai Baba in a discourse on July 6, 1963 in which he stated that he is the second of three avatars, the first avatar being Shirdi Sai Baba and the future avatar being Prema Sai Baba .
According to his official biography (also labelled a hagiography) by Narayana Kasturi, Prema Sai Baba will be born in Mysore state. Many followers of Sathya Sai Baba believe that Prema Sai Baba will be born in a village near the city Mysore in the year 2021, due to devotees claims that Sathya Sai Baba divulged this information to them in private interviews.
In the discourse on 6 July 1963 Sathya Sai Baba claimed to be a reincarnation of Shiva and Shakti in 1963.
According to Donald Taylor in a 1987 article titled "Charismatic authority in the Sathya Sai Baba movement”, Sathya Sai Baba's 1963 declaration that he would reincarnate as Prema Sai Baba defused the problem of authority. According to Taylor, all authority remains firmly in Sathya Sai Baba's hands as long as he lives and anyone else who claims authority in his lifetime would be recognized as an imposter .

Debatepedia is a wiki encyclopedia of debates, arguments, evidence, and the relevant positions of actors. It allows for any debate on local to international affairs as long as the debate can be qualified as a substantive "public debate". It is a project of the International Debate Education Association and funded by the Open Society Institute. It enforces rules of "sober-language", "fair and balanced presentation of arguments", and various referencing rules.
All debate pages on Debatepedia begin with a "yes/no" question, a proposition, or a resolution. Pro and con arguments for and against the question/proposition/resolution are presented on the left and right hand side of the screen respectively in a "splitscreen" format. Main questions are broken down by subquestions, which act to organize the pro and con columns into more structured sub-debate sections.
Debatepedia also allows users to make individual arguments into their own pages. On argument pages, supporting evidence, quotes, studies, etc.. can be presented in support of an argument. This function appears intended to enable archiving of existing materials on a debate, largely in the form of quotations that provide support to an argument.
