The xartcollection’s roots can be traced back to the late 60s. Nowadays the company is still well known in the contemporary art world.
It was created in 1968 in Zurich, Switzerland by Sandro Bocola and three of his friends. Its revolutionary concept was to industrially produce three dimensional “Multiples” in limited and signed editions. Internationally renowned artists such as Max Bill, , , Joe Tilson, and others participated in this project. The xartcollection found worldwide acclaim. However, due to the high production and shipping costs of its “Multiples” the company went bankrupt and was dissolved in 1973. In 2007 Patrick Wilen acquired the xartcollection trademark and created an online art agency specialized in Multiple Art. It features as its first artist Sandro Bocola, one of the founding fathers of the original company, with a selection of his digital images and videos.

Me and My Monkey is the 10th song on the Robbie Williams album Escapology.
About the song
Robbie Williams originally said that Me and My Monkey is an open-ended song, and that he really don't know where it came from.
The ending is for the listener to choose.
In the song it says: "Trying to understand why he did what he did". Robbie claims that he don't know that the monkey did, but one day, he says, he'll find out.
