The two share an even 0.50 of the company's stock. Their main office building is located at Murrieta, California. The game 'Road To Ascention' can be found on their myspace blogs in which they release new things as soon as they make them. nXgen Designs
Company development
nXgen Designs video games focus more on the storyline of the actual game more so than the game play aspect. By focusing more on the storyline of the actual game nXgen is trying to break the mold from classic Role-Playing Games to a new, more contemporary style.
Computer and video games
Road to Ascension
By far nXgen has only released one game, by the name of "Road to Ascension". This has been made by the current scripting knowledge of Jomar and the artistic skills of Michael. The game was a 6 level dungeon with the game play like "Fire Emblem". The storyline follows a young boy named Pants as he ventures around the continent of Tevuis to join the Royal Army of Tevuis to avenge the death of his parents by the invading army of Larth. Along the way he gains many new allies and many enemies. The game was never completed but left a legacy on the students at the "Art Institute -San Diego".
Road to Ascension II
due to the failure at reception for first "Road to Ascension", new developments in storyline and gameplay proceedures have been added. Albeit minor delays in production due to circumstances, nXgen Designs has undergone a split in management in order to produce better productivity; the company C.E.O's are assuring of their latests projects and their availability for the 2009 holidays seasons and will be up and running on publicly accessable web-domains where by, "they can be tested, and with any luck, getter better reception than our last signal to the world"

Reception
Among the students of "Art Institute -San Diego" "Road to Ascension" wasn't widely accepted as a playable Role-Player. The game was tested by twenty-two students in the same video game design class as Jomar and Michael were. The game spread throughout the campus and was widely known. The students are expecting an update on this game to finish the storyline.
Staff
Currently nXgen Designs only has few employees due to the company's annual income. The few employees that they have, do much of all the work themselves.

BiFranchise
BiFranchise is a system of business cooperation where one party (BiFranchisor) grants another party (BiFranchisee) the right to use its business name, business methodology and the network exclusively in a nominated territory for a specified period of time. Unlike a regular franchise business a bifranchise is a two-way franchise where the bifranchisee purchases from as well as supplies products to the fellow bifranchisees within the network.
While franchising works mainly as a business-to-consumer (B2C) business on a local/national level, bifranchise works mainly as a business-to-business (B2B) on an international level. Bifranchise operates under the same laws, rules and regulations as the international franchise system.
The major difference between franchising and bifranchising is that in franchising, the franchisor supplies majority (if not all) of the products/services to be sold by the franchisee. The franchisees are not permitted to purchase products or services from any other source. The bifranchisees are not obligated to sell all the products offered by the bifranchisor, i.e. bifranchisees can choose which products to purchase from the bifranchise network. Just as the franchisor is in control of the franchise, the bifranchisor is in control of the bifranchise.
In bifranchising, the bifranchisor acts as a centralized distributor and coordinator who supervises and manages the flow of products/money from the bifranchisees to the bifranchise network. The bifranchisor charges the bifranchisees a percentage of each transaction and royalty fees. Various tangible and intangible assets such as websites, transaction clearing services, currency exchange, marketing, sales training and international advertising are offered by the bifranchisor to support the network.
History:
The word Bifrancise was invented by Global Importex Access LTD in the need to explain their business philosophy because the operational method and philosophy of the business was completely deferent from that of the normal franchise concept.

DMusic.com is a social community for musicians on the internet. It allows artists to share their music and promote themselves through interaction. Anyone can listen, download, send, and comment on songs for free. The community can also set up profiles with pictures, journals (blogs), personal info, and more.
DMusic differentiates between an artist and a user. Each user is able to share an artist account with other members of their band. The user is then able to interact on a personal level as well as on a more professional level.
DMusic is also a source for digital music news, reviews, information.
History
DMusic was originally created as part of a larger network of both art and music related websites along with DeviantArt.
In 1997, high school sophomore Angelo Sotira founded a company he called Dimension Music. The site originally featured links to illegal MP3s, but eventually it was transformed into a genuinely legal site. He sold it in 1999 to Michael Ovitz and his Lynx Technology Group. It became part of DMusic Network, LLC. In 2001, the company was again sold, this time to L. Feldman who presides over it today.
