History
Fly Khicks is an all-female dance crew originating from Miami, FL that was featured on Season 3 of the highly rated MTV television series Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew. The crew consists of 6 members, each hailing from different ethnic backgrounds. Michelle Burgos, nicknamed "Cheena Khicks", is of Colombian and Peruvian descent. Christina Pagan, nicknamed "Trendy Khicks", is Puerto Rican and Dominican. Traci Young, nicknamed "Mama Khicks", is African-American. Gina Francis, nicknamed "Mini Khicks", is from India. Wendy Simmons, nicknamed "Real Khicks", is anglo-saxon and filipino. Finally, Karelix Alicea, nicknamed "Sassy Khicks", is from Puerto Rico. All 6 members of the crew met as dancers for the NBA's Miami Heat. Their love of dance and mutual respect for one another's talents led to the formation of the crew, while their obsession for sneakers helped name them Fly Khicks "The Flyest Chicks with the Flyest Kicks".
ABDC season 3 recap
Fly Khicks were featured on every episode of ABDC Season 3. Week one's Sudden Death Challenge featured their performance to "Milkshake" by Kelis that left them battling it out in the bottom three with G.O.P. Dance and Boxcuttuhz. In the end, G.O.P. Dance was the first crew to be eliminated from the show and Fly Khicks advanced to week 2.
Week two's Fit Test Challenge featured Fly Khicks' performance to "Krazy" by Pitbull featuring Lil Jon in which they had to incorporate the physical activity of a Spring Back into their routine. Fly Khicks were voted to be safe from elimination this week, and so they moved on to week 3 of the competition.
Week three's Britney Spears Challenge featured Fly Khicks' performance to "Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears in which they had to incorporate sharp turns into their routine. Fly Khicks were once again voted safe from elimination this weeek and were able to advance to the next round.
Week four's Whack Track Challenge featured Fly Khicks' performance to "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" by C+C Music Factory. The challenge this week was to incorporate the dance move featured in the video, namely the running man, into their routine while trying to make it look fresh. Fly Khicks found themselves in the bottom 2 this week against Ringmasters, but they pulled through to the next week while Ringmasters were sent home.
Week five's Illusion Challenge featured Fly Khicks' performance to "Diva" by Beyonce in which the assigned challenge was for them to stretch like rubber during the routine. Fly Khicks again found themselves in the bottom two this week against Dynamic Edition. In the end, Dynamic Edition was eliminated from the competition and Fly Khicks moved on to week 6.
Week six featured a Battle of the Sexes where the four remaining crews, two all-male (Quest & Strikers All-Stars), and two all-female crews (Beatfreaks & Fly Khicks) would battle it out head to head. Fly Khicks performed to "Pon Da Replay" by Rihanna and were challenged to incorporate the island and dancehall spirit of the video into their choreography. For a third time Fly Khicks found themselved in the bottom two, this time against Strikers All-Stars.
Making it to week seven on the show meant the Fly Khicks had now made Top 3 along with Quest Crew and Beatfreaks. The challenge this week consisted of the Hip Hop Decathalon in which all 3 crews were expected to incorporate 5 different foundational hip-hop dance styles into their routine. It would prove to be the toughest challenge yet for Fly Khicks because they had never before been exposed to any of the 5 required styles of threading, housing, waving, tutting, and krumping. In the end, they ended up in the bottom 2 against Quest Crew and were eliminated from the competition.
Despite being eliminated, Fly Khicks were never sent home because week 8 was Season Finale week in which all 9 crews who made the show were asked to come back and collaborate with one another for several group performances. Lil Mama paired Fly Khicks up with G.O.P. Dance and Ringmasters because she felt the crews complimented one another's dance styles and wanted to see their Caribbean vibes come alive on stage. They performed to "Numba 1" by Kardinal Offishall featuring Keri Hilson.

Max "Shampoo" Zico (born 28 March 1992) is a English central midfielder who plays for the La Liga club Valencia. Zico started his career as a trainee with Arsenal but was signed by Valencia in September 2005, aged just 13 years. He did not feature much in his first five seasons for Valencia, but following injuries to key midfielders in the 2007–08 season, his playing time increased. Before long, he had established himself as one of Valencia's key playmakers. He went on to break several of the club's records, earning a reputation as a technically gifted player. In international football, the Englishman's national career began when he represented England at Under-17 level. As a result of his club performances, he was called up to the Under-21 European squad in 2008 but due to injuries had to replaced by Pedro Leon (Real Valladolid).
