"This face wants on my iPhone". The origin of this is July 24, 2010, coinciding with the release of the iPhone 4 by Apple, Inc. The iPhone 4 is regarded as the "thinnest smartphone on the planet". The fad began as a T-shirt worn by two iPhone fanboys to the iPhone 4 launch party. These particular Apple fanatics are often debated on Facebook by their Android loving friend whom is depicted in the T-shirt. A Facebook fan page has been created to gain support for the cause - converting Android users to iPhone. The a secondary underlying theme of this group is to depict people who wish to purchase the iPhone but due to high demand have not been able. The first and second shipments have been reported as sold out. This also touches on the "phone envy" reported by users of other smartphones.

Shasta Shootout
The Shasta Shootout is an annual competition among members (and occasionally friends) of the Israelsen family. The Shootout consists of three distinct phases. In the first phase, each competitor eats a raw hot dog. The second phase involves drinking an entire two-liter bottle of warm Shasta. Finally, each participant must run to a specified object and back. The object of the Shasta Shootout is the be the first person to fully complete all of these three things. Often the winner receives a substantial cash award.
History
This competition was created by John A. Israelsen and Dave Harrison in 1997. Dave described the creation of this event in the following way, "in the late 90's I was asked to be in charge of the reunion activities so after some idea's from friends at work we decided to do the Shasta shootout and a caramel apple eating contest. There were several of the apples that happened to be onion's so we had the three girls go first and started eating the apples, then after a three second count the boys started chomping hard on their "apples" and it wasn't until the third bite they realized they were eating onions. Needless to say that game only worked once, but the shootout was a hit. It was such a shock to the status quo, with such entertainment value as had never been realized before, that it has endured well over a decade. Despite numerous efforts to "clean up" the shootout, and having been left off of the schedule on many occasions, the shootout seems to have a life of it's own and has endured."
William Israelsen won this first contest. He also threw up entire carrots. It continued for years until the Israelsens took a break from the competition. It was revived in 2008. 2009 saw Gordon Geddes take first prize. 2010's winner was Nate Demonja.
Todd Jones has historically been the slowest competitor. One year he won the "Endurance Award" for his slow, but persistent effort. 2010 saw him take at least five more minutes than anyone else to finish the Shootout.
The posterity of Dwight Israelsen have been very successful in the Shasta Shootout. William won the inaugural event. Karl has claimed victory on three separate occasions. Ryan has also taken first place.
Notable Moments
During one of the first competitions, William Israelsen had his shorts severely ripped by a dog.
Greg Geddes suffered a severe bloody nose caused by extreme whiplash during a severe retch.
While mainly a male event, two females have participated.
John Israelsen once brought spam instead of raw hot dogs.

Histacom is a free game notable for its setting based in a simulated computer operating system. The game's development was started in early 2010 by Philip Adams and has been in active development ever since. The game starts off in the year 1998 and an operating system known as windows 95 is shown in full-screen. The player then has the ability to open programs from the windows 95 start menu and use the computer as if it was running windows 95. The player can also explore the internet of 1998 and visit a non-existent website known as "www.12padams.com" in the game to download software onto their computer. Eventually the player will find out about secret time travel software and it is up to them to hack their way to it.
Gameplay
The game is played in a simulated operating system that changes depending on the year. The users main task is to fix problems they caused by time traveling. The Player does this by going to different time periods and finding "time distorter" (the time travel software). Time distorter starts of weak with not many options on what year to go to. It is also buggy and can take you to the wrong time if used during the y2k. The further forward in time the player is the more access to different years they have.
Characters
12padams: The main character of the game responsible for creating time distorter. 12padams intentions are unknown and seem to change throughout the game. 12padams has a high amount of power over other users computers and often destroys computers when he is angry.
The Hidden Hacker: An important character who sometimes time travels with the player and helps them understand whats going on. Has minor hacking ability which sometimes come in handy to help the player. Hidden hacker is also used as the players voice throughout the game when speaking to 12padams as the player has no direct way of communicating with 12padams.
