Alessandro Hirata (born 20 May 1979, in São Paulo) is a Brazilian jurist. He is professor of Roman law at the University of São Paulo.

After studying law at the University of São Paulo, he earned his doctorate in 2007 from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Between 2005 and 2008 he worked at the Chair of ancient and civil law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, as assistant professor by Gerhard Ries. He is one of the few specialists in the world about cuneiform law.
He earned his habilitation in 2008 from the University of São Paulo.
Alessandro Hirata had many publications in Roman and ancient law. He is also member of the editorial board of the Law Review of the University of Warmia and Mazury.

Margaret Alison Atkins (1878 - 1944) was an English artist and illustrator.
Life
Little is actually known of her private or professional life. In 1908 she was living with her parents at 90 Burnt Ash Hill, Lee, London and was displaying her art at local exhibitions. Whilst there she exhibited Bringing home the Christmas tree, An elf maiden and Titania's baby.
Around 1917 Atkins was living at 35 Leamington Road Villas, Westbourne Park, W11 and in 1917 exhibited a painting called Sweet William Cottage.
Atkins' flourished between 1906 and 1919. She was not recorded as a member of the Society of Women Artists.
Known works
*An example of her illustrations can be found in the book Mohamed Aben Ahmar or "The invention of the Moorish arch: a legend" by Stephen Syeds. The book was published in 1905 by Leadenhall Press LTD in London and Charles Scribner's Sons in New York.
* "Listen to My Sweet Pipings". Pen and ink and watercolour over pencil on drawing board. 26.1 × 14.3 cm (not to be confused with a painting of the same name by John William Waterhouse). The copyright for the image is current held with the York Museum Trust.
* "The Duck Pond", which appeared in Vol. 37, page 609 of The Girl’s Own Paper. Volume 37 was probably published circa 1915.

The Chandakaal is a comic book supervillain in the Raj Comics. He generally appears in Super Commando Dhruva series.
Origin
Get the Rakshas Jati On Top Of The Universe. He Is The Last Rakshas Left At Earth. He Want The Sa-Sung's Red Diamond Since He First Come Front Of Us. Chandkaal is a real monster of a criminal. Has close resemblance to devil. He is determined to promote the forces of darkness with his demonic powers and scheming brain which is fit to be called Devil's workshop. He carries a stick as if to drive away light. Looks evil through and through. He claims to be the last survivor of demon race on earth and intends to make earth, a world which would be ruled by demons.
Powers and abilities
He is an expert in black magic and he can escape by bursting into a cloud of smoke. In Kirigi ka kahar when he tried escaping Dhruv by turning into smoke, Dhruv cleverly captured him using a vacuum cleaner. He also has a magic wand which he uses to perform strong magic skills. His powers weaken if he loses his wand yet he is still lethal being able to shoot energy blasts from his hands and eyes, also hypnotise and escaping by turning into a cloud of smoke. He is also a master illusionist and an expert of hypnotism.
Although Chandkaal is shown as not very strong physically(something similar to "Scarecrow" from Batman franchise) and tends to avoid physical encounters with his enemies. Yet, being an expert tactician he can coax and trick people easily.
