Irshad Khan Chagharzai () was born in Karachi January 1985. He belongs to District Buner Khyber Pukhtookhwa. Irshad Chagharzai has Started primary education from Karachi and completed Postgraduate degree in Management Sciences. He started political activities from college, When he was 17 then joined Awami National Party (ANP) as Chief Salar (Security) in 2006 from home town Karachi. In 2011 He was selected Information Secretary from District West Karachi. In 2013 general Election of Pakistan party decided to choose Irshad Khan for NA-253. After 11 May 2013 general election ANP badly defeated in Pakistan due to security lapse and threatened from Tehreek Taliban Pakistan.

Push software development describes a set of communication principles for software development under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of multi-functional individuals as opposed to cross-functional teams. This model is inherently used by small start-up software companies, e.g, think Facebook, Google, Uber, Instagram in their first 2 yearsof existence. Some companies maintain this model but most tend to deviate to more traditional business process and project management cycles.
A simple example would be where marketing requests a new feature on a website. The Jasgam, sometimes spelt Jaskham, also claim descent from Hashim ibn ‘Abd Manaf, through his grandson Abbas ibn Abul Mutalib. Also like the Dhund and Khatril, the Jasgam claim descent from Zarab Khan, who is said to have arrived in the Pothohar region in the late 10th Century.
