Early life and career
Ali was born in Pakistan and moved to United kingdom in his early age along with the family to join his father's business in United Kingdom. Arshad started his career by running a market stall and working in one of the family firm’s outlets on Preston Market. In 1997 he launches Cheshire Homes Group the property investment and development company where he is presently the CEO.
In 2011 he joined forces with other business leaders in the North West, to raise £250,000 towards vital Flood Appeal with Imran Khan. He was also the member of a team of fundraisers including Anjum Majid of Sheridan Suite and MEP Sajjad Karim who moved quickly to collect more than £150,000 for the flood relief operation in Pakistan after large areas of the country were devastated in 2011, a disaster that affected 5.2 million people.

Rachel Santesso is a Canadian born soprano, composer/arranger and conductor. She is the founder and director of the Capital Children's Choir.
Biography
Santesso studied voice and oboe at the Conservatorio di Verona (a faculty of the University of Verona) in Italy and was also an organ scholar during that time. She came to the UK at age seventeen and in 2001 founded the Capital Children's Choir in London. She also worked briefly as a music teacher at a North London school where one of her pupils was Lily Allen who later described Santesso as her mentor. She made her professional debut as a soloist with the Victoria Symphony Orchestra when she was 19 and went on to release two solo albums.
Solo classical recordings
Santesso released her debut album The Songs of Louis Vierne in 2005 after researching the composer and his unknown sacred repertoire for several years. The project was entirely self funded and features Santesso as soprano accompanied by Roger Vignoles on piano. The album was favourably reviewed in the American Record Guide and Fanfare Magazine.
Shortly after releasing The Songs of Louis Vierne, Santesso began to research the sacred repertoire of Nino Rota, best known for writing the soundtrack to The Godfather films. The Sacred Heart of Nino Rota was released in 2008 and features the composer's unknown sacred classical works. It is performed by Santesso and the Italian contralto Sara Mingardo.
Capital Children's Choir
The Capital Children's Choir was founded in 2001 by Santesso and performs regularly at venues such as the Vatican, Twickenham Stadium, The O2 Arena, and Wembley Stadium. They have performed at major sporting events and alongside artists such as Rihanna and The Spice Girls as well as on The Conan Show with Vanessa Carlton.
Santesso continues to direct the choir which regularly records her choral and orchestral arrangements of famous pop songs. Videos of these performances also appear on the Choir's official YouTube channel. Her most recent arrangement of the Lady Gaga song "Judas" was described as "flawless, otherworldy and haunting" by Lady Gaga.

In 2015 he composed score for his first Punjabi feature film Gadaar - The traitor, directed by Amitoj Mann and featuring the legendary Punjabi actor/singer Harbhajan Mann in lead role, the film received praises from the critics and audiences post release on 29th May 2015, followed by this he went on to compose songs and soundtrack for his next Punjabi Venture Saadey CM Saab, directed by Vipin Parashar, featuring Harbhajan Mann, Gurpreet Guggi, Kashish Singh, Rahul Singh, Dev Singh Gill, a satirical-political thriller set in modern times ready to release on 30th October 2015. In Saadey CM Saab, Avishek collaborated with the legendary singer Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan to render his vocals for a song, he also teamed up with various talented artists from Punjabi Music Industry Harbhajan Mann, Manpreet Shergil, Arsh Benipal and Bollywood Singers Harshdeep Kaur & Madhuhree Bhattacharya, the songs of the film are penned by Legendary Punjabi poet Babu Singh Mann and famous Urdu Poet SM Sadiq from Pakistan.

Nicholas Wyman (born 10 February 1968) is a youth unemployment expert and the CEO of WPC Group Ltd., an Australian apprenticeship employment company. He speaks and writes on the challenges of employee retention, youth unemployment, and labour shortages and is a regular guest on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Radio National and ABC Local Radio. He also commentates on apprenticeships and vocational training in US publications, as well as in China, Singapore and Australia. Wyman founded the Institute for Workplace Skills and Innovation which combines a number of companies which provide apprenticeships and associated training and Skilling Australia Foundation.

He has presented at the Low Carbon Earth Summit in Dalian, China, National Sustainability Conference at the National University of Singapore, Growing the Sustainable Workplace Conference at the University of Sydney, dedicated to climate change, and the impact of the financial crisis on young people at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He published his work in many professional magazines, including articles in Chief Executive Magazine and The Australian Institute of Company Directors Magazine. He spoke at the 2011 Travel and Tourism Training Summit in topic of workforce development in the 21st century.
He established South East Asia's first Mentored Apprenticeship Program called LAMP, and he also coined the phrase "Middle" Skills Gap, to refer to the excess of openings for jobs requiring technical qualifications. The term has been used widely by academics, as well as the Harvard Business Review. In 2013, Wyman joined the United States Secretary of Labor to mark 100 years of apprenticeships in the United States.
