Jamiatur Rasheed, Karachi, also known as Kulya-tush-Shariah, Jamia-tur-Rasheed, is an Islamic institution situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Mufti Rasheed Ahmed Ludhianwi has established the Jamiah. It is an institution of religious studies. Jamiatur Rasheed, Karachi gives education without charging any fee instead students are given monthly stipend.

The education system of the Jamiah is arranged into the following categories:

These persist throughout the educational year (lasting from the Islamic month of Shawwal till Rajab) and include the following:

Altaf Ahmad Dar (died 29 August, 2018), chiefly known as Altaf Kachroo was a commander of pro-Kashmiri Insurgent organization Hizbul Mujahideen in Indian administered region Kashmir Valley. He was listed under the A++ category, referes to as most wanted, by the Ministry of Home Affairs. He carried a counterterrorism reward of 15 lakh (INR-1,500,000) on his head offered by the Government of India to combat the Insurgency of Jammu and Kashmir.
Altaf was accused for executing multiple attacks against civilians and armed personnels in Jammu and Kashmir's south districts Kulgam and Anantnag. The Jammu and Kashmir police stated that he was the "most important commander" and was involved in a series of crimes.
Life and background
Altaf Kachroo was born as Altaf Ahmad Dar in Redwani village near Quimoh of Kulgam district. He was known for evading the cordon and search operations to escape from the encounter sites. He was entitled to "Cordon breaker".
Altaf was a Science graduate student who was initially working for rebels as an underground worker and joined the militant-ranks in 2007. On August 20, 2007, he was arrested by the forces along with a massive ammunition and other explosive substances. He was then released under the state surrender policy and he again joined the outfit in 2010. It was 2011 when he was re-arrested from Srinagar district and was released again. He then joined the outfit in 2013 and served as the deputy commander and then commander. He is said to had been actively involved in several crimes committed against government forces until his death. His mother held security forces responsible for pushing him towards rebellion outfit, citing "he could not bear repeated harassment and arrests". The authorities then imposed curfew and suspended Internet and train services to prevent further clashes and protests.

Serge Levin (San Francisco, California, United States, October 3, 1979) is an American entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, and media production. Following his investment banking days with "Salomon Brothers" and "Bear Stearns", and managing several private equity funds in Europe, Levin founded a global trade and consulting firm, Meridian Orbis Group, as well as a media production and financing outfit, Isle Empire Pictures. Some of the more notable media projects he's known for: Alterscape, Jack Goes Home, The Americans, and Stranger Things.
Career
Serge Levin studied Finance and Political Science at the San Diego State University 1997-2001, in San Diego, California United States . Serge Levin worked as a Financial Analyst with "Salomon Brothers" in California and then "Bear Stearns" in New York in 2001. In 2004, he went on to manage several public and private equity portfolios for a European hedge fund, First Mercantile Capital Partners. The main private asset was Rambler Media Group, where Serge played an active role in prepping necessary documentation and valuation for its public placement on the London’s AIM exchange.
In 2018, Serge Levin secured a strategic partnership and shareholding with an AI tech company (SPIRIT AI), founded by former IBM Watson developers. Incorporated in the U.K., they now have presence in New York and San Francisco with clients including: Zynga, Twitch, Magic Leap, Cartoon Network, Deutsche Telekom and Hanson Robotics.
Mr. Levin is the founder of Meridian Orbis Group (MOG), an international trade and consulting corporation with emphasis on very exclusive and rare products, or solutions with high barriers to entry.
Serge Levin's business in the media sphere dates back to 2012, when he wrote and directed his first short film "Paragon Algorithm". In 2016 Serge Levin wrote and directed his first feature film "Alterscape" (starring Michael Ironside), which had its world premiere at the "Philip K. Dick Science Fiction Film Festival" on February 23, 2018 in New York, winning Best Feature award. As an actor, Serge Levin co-starred in the horror film "Jack Goes Home", starring Rory Culkin and Lin Shaye, directed by Thomas Dekker that world premiered at the South by Southwest (SXSW) international film festival and distributed by eONE.
Levin's films in post-production: a science fiction "Superstrata", starring Robert F. Lyons, Jim Meskimen, Paz de la Huerta and Alex Veadov; with special appearance and technical consulting by Dr. Daniel Lidar; Currently filming: an action "War on War"; and a drama "You Above All"; In development: a new feature film adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's short story - "Herbert West: Reanimator".

He is also the founder of "Isle Empire Pictures", a full service media production company; as well as a Synth-Wave music band "RAIN4SALE (Rain For Sale)"; and a music label "FeelTrap Records".
Following an unauthorized dissemination of video/photos/name of Mr. Serge Levin by an organized scam group, leading to defamatory and reputation-damaging backlash, Mr. Levin issued an official legal rebuttal to pursue and indemnify all damages caused by the Hong Kong registered entity, Gameplex Group Limited, that was being used as an umbrella for their world wide ponzi scheme operations. All the statements to the contrary are false and untrue.
